Systems Administrator

• Administer and maintain a VMware-based server environment supporting remaining on-premises virtual machines across multiple data center locations.
• Monitor system health, performance, and capacity to ensure reliable operation of Windows server infrastructure and related services.
• Manage Active Directory, including user access, group policies, directory structure, and overall identity administration.
• Support Microsoft Windows Server and Windows 10 environments by resolving technical issues, applying updates, and maintaining configuration standards.
• Coordinate infrastructure activities involving Dell hardware and platform components used within the server ecosystem.
• Assist with planning and executing the movement of appropriate on-premises workloads to cloud-based or company-preferred hosting solutions.
• Work with internal technology teams to troubleshoot incidents, reduce downtime, and improve overall systems reliability.
• Maintain documentation for environments, procedures, system changes, and operational best practices. Requirements - Hands-on experience administering VMware-based virtual server environments in an enterprise setting.
• Strong working knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Windows Server administration.
• Experience supporting Windows 10 systems within a corporate IT environment.
• Familiarity with Dell infrastructure technologies, including server hardware and related operational support.
• Exposure to Citrix technologies and the ability to assist with platform support as needed.
• Ability to manage priorities across ongoing maintenance, issue resolution, and infrastructure improvement initiatives.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills for cross-functional technical support. Technology Doesn’t Change the World, People Do.
