AI Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an AI Implementation Specialist to help deploy and support business-focused artificial intelligence solutions. This role will work with stakeholders to identify use cases, implement AI tools, optimize workflows, and drive user adoption across the organization., * Implement AI solutions to improve business processes, productivity, and operational efficiency.

• Configure and support AI platforms, chatbots, automation tools, and generative AI applications.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into practical AI use cases.
• Train end users and departments on AI tools, best practices, and adoption strategies.
• Monitor AI performance, usage metrics, and opportunities for process improvement.

• 3+ years of experience in technology implementation, business systems, automation, or AI-related projects.
• Experience deploying generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, ChatBusiness, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of workflow automation tools and business process optimization.
• Experience gathering requirements and working directly with business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, AI governance, and responsible AI practices.
