Job description

We are looking for a TDM Architect to lead enterprise-wide Test Data Management initiatives across mainframe, distributed databases, and cloud environments.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in Test Data Management, Data Engineering, or Quality Engineering. \n
Expertise in data masking, test data provisioning, synthetic data generation, and database cloning. \n
Strong SQL and database knowledge (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DB2). \n
Experience with mainframe technologies (DB2, VSAM) and cloud/data platforms. \n
Knowledge of data privacy, PII protection, APIs, DevOps, and CI/CD integration.

Define enterprise TDM architecture and reusable test data strategies. \n
Collaborate with Security, Data Governance, QA, and Engineering teams to ensure compliance and scalability. \n
Integrate TDM capabilities with CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and self-service platforms. \n
Evaluate and recommend TDM tools and modern data solutions. \n
Provide technical leadership to onsite and offshore teams. \n
