Interclypse is supporting several Maryland state agencies in the modernization and sustainment of critical systems. This exciting opportunity provides candidates with the ability to contribute to the long-term health and success of the state while continuing to learn and grow professionally within Interclypse’s growth mindset culture.

All positions are required to be onsite at various locations in Maryland., Responsibilities: The Applications Development Expert provides design recommendations based on long-term IT organization strategy. The position shall use a variety of platforms to provide automated systems applications to customers. This individual will be viewed both internally and externally as a technical expert and critical technical resource across multiple disciplines

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or other relevant technical degrees.
• The proposed candidate must have at least seven (7) years of IT and business/industry work experience.
• At least three (3) years of experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• At least two (2) years of experience in Service Oriented Architecture/Service integration with Web Services, REST and security integration.
• At least one (1) year of experience in working, defining, maintaining architectural frameworks, patterns & data structures.
• Proficiency of scripting languages such as JavaScript, jQuery, JSON and other front-end scripting languages.
• Must have knowledge in building applications with concurrency.
