Junior Migration & Data Quality Engineer

The organization is establishing Codebeamer as the single source of truth for engineering requirements and lifecycle data. The success of the deployment relies on ensuring that historical project information is correctly migrated, structured and validated.

Mission

Ensure the quality, consistency and traceability of migrated engineering data during the deployment of Codebeamer.

Responsibilities

• Review legacy engineering databases and repositories

• Support cleansing and normalization activities

• Verify requirements structures after migration

• Validate relationships between requirements, tests and change requests

• Monitor migration KPIs and reporting metrics

• Support user acceptance testing activities

• Identify missing or inconsistent data

• Maintain migration logs and quality reports

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Mandatory

• 0-3 years experience in Engineering or Information Systems

• Analytical and structured mindset

• Strong attention to detail

• Good documentation skills

• Ability to work with large volumes of data

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Requirements Engineering

• Experience with engineering tools

• Basic understanding of Systems Engineering

• Initial exposure to ALM platforms
