What We’re Looking For Required Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, MIS, ora relatedfield. 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, Finance, Accounting, Business Analysis, or Financial Systems. Strong Excel, financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills. A desire to grow from finance into a client-facing consulting role. Preferred Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar planning solutions. Exposure to finance transformation, systems implementation, or process improvement projects.
