Senior IMO Functional Integration Lead

It is an opportunity for an experienced professional to apply their functional knowledge within a fast-paced integration environment, working alongside executive leadership to ensure successful Day 1 readiness and post-close integration. What We’re Looking For Essential Experience/Qualifications 10+ years of experience in a relevant functional role Experience in mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs or large transformation programmes Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams Desirable Experience/Qualifications Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline Experience within regulated manufacturing or medical devices is highly desirable Key Skills & Competencies Executive stakeholder management and influencing skills Excellent programme and project governance knowledge Strong analytical and problem-solving capability Ability to manage ambiguity in a complex integration environment Excellent communication and presentation skills Commercial awareness and sound judgement Hours of Work 40 hours per week, Monday Friday Working additional hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required to meet the demands of the role Equal Opportunities We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace for all.
