Requirements

Proven experience as an Interface Engineer, Integration Engineer, or similar integration-focused role.
Strong background designing and implementing enterprise-scale integrations.
Experience delivering API-led integration’s and middleware-based solutions.
Experience delivering integration solutions across complex business-critical environments. Ability to review and challenge third-party technical designs. Strong stakeholder engagement and supplier management experience. Excellent documentation and communication skills. Experience supporting testing, deployment, and operational readiness activities.

With knowledge of:

REST APIs
Web Services
File-based integrations
ETL/data transformation processes
Enterprise integration patterns

Desirable Experience

Oracle Fusion Cloud integrations.
Crown DMS integrations.
SailPoint integrations.
iTrent integrations.
Event-driven architecture and messaging technologies.
Public sector, emergency services, or policing environments.
Large-scale HR, ERP, or Workforce Management transformation programmes.
Experience working within governed programme delivery environments.

Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will combine strong hands-on integration engineering expertise with the ability to work across architecture, delivery, governance and stakeholder engagement. You will have experience delivering complex enterprise integration programmes and be comfortable working with suppliers and technical teams to ensure high-quality, supportable integration solutions are successfully delivered.
