  • Aufnahme und Analyse von Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen
  • Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft-Dynamics-365-CRM-Anwendungen
  • Optimierung von Prozessen, Datenqualität und systemĂźbergreifenden Abläufen
  • Begleitung von Tests und Releases
  • Erstellung von Dokumentationen und DurchfĂźhrung von Anwenderschulungen, * Fachliche und persĂśnliche Weiterbildung durch Seminare und digitale Lernangebote
  • Betriebliche Altersvorsorge mit Arbeitgeberzuschuss
  • Moderne IT-Ausstattung
  • Flexible Gestaltung von Arbeitszeit und Arbeitsort je nach Aufgabenbereich und Absprache

Requirements

  • Erfahrung in der Beratung oder Betreuung von Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Verständnis von Vertriebs-, Service- oder Marketingprozessen
  • Kenntnisse in Konfiguration, Datenmodellen und Berechtigungskonzepten
  • Erfahrungen mit Power Platform sind von Vorteil
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten sowie gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
