Job description

  • unterstützen Anwender bei Fragen zu Microsoft Windows und Office Produkten
  • erstellen IT Dokumentationen innerhalb des Ticketsystems
  • bearbeiten Anfragen im IT Servicedesk im Rahmen des First und Second Level Supports

Requirements

  • erfolgreich abgeschlossene IT Berufsausbildung, beispielsweise als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, IT Kundenbetreuer oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den Windows Client Betriebssystemen (Windows 7, Windows 10) sowie den Produkten von MS Office
  • vertrauter Umgang mit Hardware für IT Endgeräte, darunter Notebooks, Desktops oder Smartphones
  • erste technische Erfahrung, idealerweise gesammelt im Usersupport oder im vor Ort Service
  • Deutschkenntnisse
