Aufgaben Work in our Data & AI Center of Excellence (DACE) in close collaboration with a diverse team of 45 data scientists and AI engineers from various disciplinesDesign and develop autonomous agent systems specifically tailored to the requirements of the insurance industry that independently analyze, plan and execute complex tasks - from architecture to production-ready deploymentDevelop and implement scalable AI products for the German and international market - from multi-agent systems to RAG and LLM pipelines to computer vision solutions - to optimize existing products or create completely new AI-powered solutionsResearch and test the latest AI processes, develop your own foundation models for the insurance industry and bring the most promising approaches into production - so that we as front runners will continue to be ahead of our competition in the futureProfil Qualification: Successfully completed studies in mathematics, (business) informatics, engineering, physics, data science and/or comparable trainingWealth of experience & know-how: Ideally 5 years of professional experience, in-depth knowledge of the application of AI engineering methods with tools such as Python.
