Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Data Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, and evolution of scalable, secure, and high-performing application and data architectures that support strategic business initiatives across the healthcare domain. This individual will serve as a technical leader responsible for defining architectural strategies, designing enterprise-grade solutions, and driving modernization efforts across complex technology landscapes. The Data Solutions Architect will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, software engineers, data engineers, and IT leadership to translate business requirements into innovative technical solutions while ensuring adherence to architectural standards, best practices, and non-functional requirements such as scalability, performance, reliability, and resiliency. This role will also evaluate emerging technologies, including AI and Generative AI capabilities, guide cloud-native solution design, lead architecture reviews

Requirements

mentor other architects and engineering teams, and influence the long-term technology vision for the organization. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in healthcare interoperability standards, modern application architecture, cloud platforms, and enterprise integration patterns, coupled with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills., 10+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture roles, including Solution Architect, Technical Lead, Enterprise Architect, or similar positions.

Strong experience designing solutions that meet complex non-functional requirements such as SLAs, scalability, real-time processing, high availability, and performance optimization.

Hands-on expertise with healthcare interoperability standards, including FHIR and HL7.

Proven experience with cloud-native architectures in AWS and/or GCP, microservices, API design, containerization, and DevOps technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Git, and Kafka.

Strong technical background in Java, Python, Spring Boot, modern front-end frameworks (Angular/JavaScript), and database technologies including SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
