Job description

  • Second Level Support für Clientsysteme und Endgeräte
  • Austausch und Instandsetzung von Hardwarekomponenten
  • Analyse und Behebung von Hard und Softwarestörungen
  • Installation und Einrichtung von Notebooks und PCs
  • Pflege und Dokumentation von Vorgängen im Ticketsystem
  • Betreuung und Beratung von Anwenderinnen und Anwendern

Requirements

  • eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z. B. IT Systemelektroniker, Fachinformatiker) oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
  • Erfahrung im IT Support (Hard und Software, idealerweise Onsite)
  • gute Kenntnisse in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office und Standard Hardware
  • strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein professionelles Auftreten
  • gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
  • Führerschein Klasse B
