Requirements

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT Bereich, wie zum Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, IT Kundenbetreuer, IT System Elektroniker, IT System Kaufmann, Servicetechniker IT, Informationselektroniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Hardwarekenntnisse im Umgang mit Notebooks, Workstations, PCs und Peripheriegeräten
  • Fachkenntnisse der Windows Client Betriebssysteme (Windows 7, Windows 10)
  • Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere in den Versionen 2010, 2016 oder Office 365
  • technische Erfahrung, optimalerweise gesammelt im Vor Ort Service, User Support oder im 1st oder 2nd Level Support, remote oder onsite
  • gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache
