  • Erster Ansprechpartner für IT-Supportanfragen

Fehlerdiagnose und -behebung Dokumentation von Supportanfragen und Lösungen Durchführung von Schulungen für Endbenutzer Unterstützung bei der Implementierung neuer Software

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Erfahrung im technischen Support Gute Kenntnisse in Windows und Office-Anwendungen Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
