Job description

  • Übernahme des 1st-Level-Supports für Mitarbeitende bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme von Hard- und Software
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Hardware- und Software-Rollouts
  • Aufbau und Einrichtung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen und Hardware-Komponenten
  • Dokumentation und Pflege relevanter Informationen zu Hardware und IT-Assets
  • Analyse und lösungsorientierte Behebung auftretender IT-Störungen

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Support, Service Desk oder einem vergleichbaren IT-Umfeld
  • Erfahrung im 1st-Level-Support sowie in der Betreuung von Hard- und Software
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Windows- und Microsoft-Office-Umgebungen
  • Kenntnisse in der Installation, Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme von IT-Arbeitsplätzen
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse & Fließende Englischkenntnisse

  • Tarifliche Vergütung nach EG 9 TVöD-K mit ca. 46.500 bis 58.000 Euro brutto jährlich
