  • UnterstĂźtzung bei der Beratung und EinfĂźhrung unserer SoftwarelĂśsungen im Bereich ERP/MES
  • Kennenlernen des internen Projektmanagements unter Nutzung des firmeneigenen Projektmanagementsystems
  • Vorbereitung und Teilnahme an Kundenveranstaltungen und individuellen Schulungen
  • Mitarbeit bei der LĂśsung von aktuellen Supportanfragen und Tickets

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Hochschul- oder Fachhochschulreife
  • Besonderes Interesse fĂźr aktuelle Fachthemen in IT und Wirtschaft
  • Technisches Grundverständnis
  • Ehrgeizige, äußerst verbindliche und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kontakt- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie teamorientiertes Handeln
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
