  • Behebung von Soft- und Hardwarestörungen in einer Produktionsumgebung
  • Applikationssupport für produktionsrelevante Software
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung der Dokumentation
  • Fall weiser Einsatz im Remote Operation Center
  • Kundenservice via HPSC-Ticketsystem

Requirements

  • Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • umfassende Kenntnisse in Windows Betriebssystemen
  • Erfahrung im Applikationssupport
  • Verständnis für Endgeräte (PCs, Laptops, Netzwerkkomponenten)
  • Wünschenswert: Erfahrung in Fehleranalyse und -korrekturen
