PCI Analyst - Automation

We are seeking a PCI Automation Analyst to support a strategic initiative focused on streamlining and modernizing PCI DSS assessment activities across multiple business units. This role will be responsible for helping implement a “shift-left” approach to PCI compliance by automating evidence collection processes and reducing the manual effort associated with compliance assessments. The successful candidate will work closely with compliance, security, audit, and technology stakeholders to design and implement an efficient evidence management framework that enables collected artifacts to be reused across 11 separate PCI assessments, significantly reducing duplication and improving audit readiness. This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on compliance professional who understands PCI evidence requirements and has experience leveraging workflow automation to improve compliance operations.

• Assess the current PCI evidence collection and assessment process across multiple PCI environments.
• Identify opportunities to automate the collection, validation, and aggregation of PCI compliance evidence.
• Design and implement processes that allow evidence to be centrally managed, shared, and reused across 11 PCI assessments.
• Partner with internal security, infrastructure, application, and compliance teams to define evidence automation requirements.
• Develop workflows, integrations, and control mapping strategies to eliminate redundant manual evidence gathering activities.
• Leverage existing compliance platforms, including RSA Archer, to improve evidence management and audit traceability.
• Collaborate with the organization’s Qualified Security Assessor (Control Case) to ensure automation initiatives align with PCI audit expectations.
• Document automation workflows, evidence repositories, and operating procedures.
• Provide recommendations for long-term PCI compliance optimization and continuous improvement.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship not available., * 3-5 years of experience supporting PCI DSS compliance, audit, risk, governance, or security compliance programs.

• Practical understanding of PCI DSS controls, testing procedures, and evidence requirements.
• Experience collecting, organizing, and managing audit evidence for PCI assessments.
• Ability to identify compliance process inefficiencies and implement automation solutions.
• Experience working with GRC platforms such as RSA Archer or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and drive initiatives with minimal oversight.
• Experience automating compliance workflows using GRC, workflow, scripting, or low-code automation platforms.
• Experience supporting organizations with multiple PCI environments or business units.
• Familiarity with evidence repositories, control libraries, and common control frameworks.
• Experience working directly with Qualified Security Assessors (QSAs).
• Knowledge of security governance, risk management, and audit processes.

The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate/applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s/applicant’s qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.
