DCSA Senior Instructional Systems Designer

C² Technologies seeks a DCSA Senior Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) to lead the design, development, and maintenance of instructional curricula and learning solutions supporting DCSA workforce needs., * Conduct instructional and training needs analyses.

• Develop measurable learning objectives based on identified workforce needs.
• Design curricula using structured Instructional Systems Design methodologies, including ADDIE.
• Develop eLearning, instructor-led training, and blended learning solutions.
• Create facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, assessments, and other instructional products.
• Apply adult learning principles throughout instructional design and development.
• Conduct pilot testing of instructional materials and learning solutions.
• Analyze pilot feedback and revise instructional materials as needed.
• Maintain curriculum lifecycle documentation and version control.
• Ensure learning products meet Section 508 accessibility requirements.
• Ensure learning products align with applicable Department of Defense requirements.
• Maintain learning asset repositories and training content libraries.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Education or experience in instructional systems design, education, training development, or a related discipline required., * Strong experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
• Experience conducting training and instructional needs analyses.
• Experience designing and developing training across multiple modalities.
• Demonstrated experience applying adult learning principles.
• Experience developing eLearning, instructor-led, and blended learning solutions.
• Federal or Department of Defense learning environment experience preferred.
• Experience with LMS platforms and eLearning authoring tools preferred.
• Experience conducting training evaluation and pilot testing preferred.
• Experience maintaining instructional content throughout the curriculum lifecycle preferred.

Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $115,000 / year. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and structural alignment. Individual pay is influenced by several factors, including the candidate’s work location, relevant experience, skillset, and contract constraints.
