Job description

  • Leitung nationaler und internationaler SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Implementierungs- und Transformationsprojekte

  • Verantwortung von der Projektinitiierung bis zum Go-Live

  • Steuerung internationaler Projektteams, Stakeholder und Partner

  • Projekt-Governance, Budget-, Risiko- und Eskalationsmanagement

  • Austausch mit HR, IT und Management auf Augenhöhe

  • Begleitung komplexer Integrationsszenarien rund um SuccessFactors, SAP HCM und Payroll

Requirements

Erfahrung in der Leitung internationaler SAP HCM oder SuccessFactors Projekte

Sehr gutes Verständnis von HCM-Prozessen und SAP-Landschaften

Erfahrung im Stakeholder- und Projektmanagement

Sehr gutes Deutsch (mind. C1) und gutes Englisch

Bereitschaft zu ca. 30-50 % Reisetätigkeit
