Job description

CBRE’s InvestmentAccounting & Reporting Solutions group is seeking a Data IntegrationsManager to join a collaborative team focused on supporting a portfolio ofclients. In this role, yourprimary focus will be overseeing and completing data integration projects,while simultaneously working on product and process improvements within ourteam. You will coordinate project activities, ensure timely delivery of datasolutions, and act as a liaison between business and technology teams.

WhatYou’ll Do:

· Lead and coordinate data integration projects inan Agile environment.

· Manage relationships with internal and externalstakeholders, acting as a liaison between business and technology areas.

· Oversee the receipt, interpretation, andtransformation of data using our specific toolsets.

· Ensure accurate delivery of data to systems andconsumers.

· Provide end-user support for data services,analyze and resolve functional incidents, and advise on solutions.

· Collaborate with subject matter experts toonboard new data sources.

· Prepare and deliver correspondence,presentations, and training materials for end users and stakeholders.

· Analyze business/user needs and documentbusiness rules/functional requirements to support system enhancements.

· Report to the Product Team Lead, collaboratingclosely with cross-functional teams.

· Oversee workload planning, review work product,and provide ongoing training to ensure high performance and technical accuracy.

· Foster a culture of continuous improvement,process standardization, and operational efficiency.

· Drive improvements in accounting procedures,reporting automation, and workflow efficiencies.

· Support onboarding of new clients and transitionof new scopes of work.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Management,Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a similar field.

· 4+ years of relevant experience, with abackground in real estate and/or investment management preferred

· Experience with SQL databases.

· Strong communication, stakeholder management,and analytical skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities anddeadlines.

· Some experience in project management, includingplanning, coordination, and delivery of data-related projects.

· Excellent verbal, written, and presentationskills, with sensitivity to different cultural backgrounds.

· Business English required; other languagesbeneficial.

· Experience with AI tools, including designingprompts and utilizing agents, to improve work output.

· Flexible working hours - within reason - tosupport global projects and meetings (Americas, APAC & EMEA).

· Familiarity with data management toolsets andPython programming (preferred).Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced,client-focusedenvironment.

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Officeapplications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and related tools.

· Excellent communication skills and the abilityto partner with clients and cross-functional teams.

· Strong quantitative skills, with the ability toperform moderately complex financial calculations such as percentages,fractions, and related numerical analyses., Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

CBRE carefullyconsiders multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’seducation, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $85,000annually and the maximum salary for this position is $110,000 annually. Thecompensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on thecandidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates willalso be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefitprogram.
