Senior BI - AI & Pharma

Lead enterprise BI, analytics, and AI-driven initiatives within Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences environments. Design and recommend dashboards, KPIs, reporting frameworks, and analytical solutions. Work with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, or similar technologies. Analyze Pharma commercial, patient, sales, marketing, field force, and omnichannel datasets. Translate business requirements into scalable analytical and reporting solutions. Identify opportunities to use AI and Generative AI for automation, forecasting, reporting, and business insights. Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, solution discussions, and executive presentations. Develop analytics strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives. Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders. Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior leadership. Mentor team members and provide technical and functional guidance.

We are seeking a senior BI, AI & Pharma Analytics Consultant with deep experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Warehousing, and AI-enabled analytical solutions. This is a senior client-facing role requiring strong Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences analytics expertise, stakeholder management, solution consulting, and the ability to translate complex business problems into scalable BI and AI solutions., 12+ years of experience across BI, Analytics, Data Warehousing, Data Engineering, or related areas. Strong Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences domain experience is mandatory. Deep understanding of Pharma commercial and analytical data. Experience in one or more areas such as: Patient Analytics, Strong expertise with enterprise BI/reporting platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense. Strong SQL and data analysis skills. Experience defining KPIs, dashboards, reporting strategies, and analytics solutions. Exposure to AI/Generative AI-enabled analytics solutions. Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience. Ability to lead business discussions and recommend scalable BI and AI solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-level articulation skills. Preferred Skills Experience driving large-scale analytics transformation programs. Experience working with Pharma commercial, patient, sales, marketing, and omnichannel datasets. Experience integrating AI capabilities into BI and reporting environments. Strong consulting, solutioning, and analytics strategy background.
