Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and support scalable web applications using modern frontend, backend, and cloud technologies.

10+ years of software engineering experience
Strong team collaboration and communication skills, The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Java and AWS, along with experience working across React, Node.js, and/or Python. This role requires an engineer who can take ownership of features end-to-end, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. Candidates with experience in Asset Management or Financial Services are required, but industry experience is not required., * 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Java.
Strong experience with AWS cloud services and application development.
Experience with React; strong frontend expertise is preferred, but some exposure to React may be sufficient.
Experience with Node.js and/or Python for backend development.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and distributed application architectures.
Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices.
Experience with Git-based version control workflows.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical deliverables., * Experience with serverless architectures.
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum development environments.
Experience in Asset Management, Financial Services, or related industries.
