Salesforce Administrator (Apex Development)

We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support, maintain, and enhance our Salesforce environment. This role will be responsible for day-to-day administration, configuration, user support, data quality, and ongoing platform improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce administration experience, hands-on configuration expertise, and working knowledge of Apex development., * Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, permissions, roles, and security.

• Configure and support Flows, assignment rules, approval processes, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and custom objects.
• Manage sandbox environments and assist with deployments and releases.
• Support business users by troubleshooting issues and responding to support tickets.
• Maintain data quality and identify opportunities for process automation and system improvements.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions.
• Support Salesforce integrations and connected applications.
• Perform proactive system maintenance, platform monitoring, and release management.
• Contribute to Apex-based enhancements and custom functionality when needed.

• 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
• Experience with Salesforce Flow, reporting, dashboards, and security administration
• Experience managing users, profiles, permission sets, and sandbox environments
• Working knowledge of Apex and Salesforce development concepts
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice-to-have / preferred skills

• Salesforce Advanced Administrator and/or Platform App Builder certification
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Experience supporting integrations, change management, and platform governance
