Operations User Story Scalability Retail Sales Communication Sprint Planning Product Roadmaps Retail Operations Agile Methodology Change Management Product Management Business Valuation Business Objectives User Experience (UX) Business Requirements Sprint Retrospectives Full Stack Development Stakeholder Management Business Transformation Product Backlog Grooming Scrum (Software Development) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Own and maintain the product roadmap, aligning priorities with business objectives and customer needs.

Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.

Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.

Prioritize and refine the product backlog to maximize value delivery.

Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives within an Agile/Scrum framework.

Collaborate with UX, engineering, analytics, and operational teams to deliver scalable product solutions.

Leverage customer, associate, and business insights to drive product decisions.

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.

Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities while proactively removing delivery obstacles.

Support change management, training, and adoption activities to ensure successful product launches.

3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.

Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Experience managing product backlogs and working closely with cross-functional delivery teams.

Ability to write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience using data and analytics to inform decision-making.

Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

• BA/PO Experience

• Need to be EST or CST

• Prefer someone with Retail Operations - instore experience
