Salesforce Developer

Our client is seeking an experienced technical resource to support infrastructure migrations, refreshes, modernization and technology deployment initiatives across veterinary hospitals nationwide. This role serves as the technical lead during hardware and infrastructure implementation projects, partnering closely with Project Managers, Project Coordinators, vendors, facilities teams, and IT support teams to ensure successful project execution., Project Planning & Implementation

• Support planning, preparation, and execution of upcoming infrastructure and technology deployment projects.

• Collaborate with Project Managers and Project Coordinators to ensure project milestones and schedules are met.

• Review facility assessments and translate business requirements into technical implementation plans.

• Assist in determining infrastructure needs, including server placement, network design considerations, MDF/IDF locations, and workstation requirements.

Infrastructure & Systems Deployment

• Oversee hardware upgrade projects involving: Servers, Network infrastructure, Workstations, Printers, Cabling and related IT infrastructure

• Coordinate with third-party vendors responsible for on-site installations and deployments.

• Validate deployed environments to ensure systems are configured according to standards and project requirements.

• Verify server builds, configurations, network connectivity, VLAN assignments, and overall system readiness.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Manage and support third-party vendors throughout project execution.

• Provide guidance, training, and quality assurance oversight to implementation partners.

• Follow up and track equipment orders to ensure projects remain on schedule.

• Partner with facilities teams and assessment teams to address site-specific technology needs.

Technical Support & Post-Go-Live Activities

• Serve as the primary technical resource during the stabilization period following project completion.

• Provide remote support to veterinary hospitals via Microsoft Teams and remote access tools.

• Assist with workstation, Active Directory, printer, and infrastructure-related issues.

• Perform technical validation and troubleshooting, escalating complex networking issues to network engineering resources when necessary.

System Administration Remote Access Systems Full Stack Development Stakeholder Management Network Infrastructure Project Implementation Network Administration Artificial Intelligence Technical Documentation Network Troubleshooting Business Transformation Network Planning And Design Vendor Relationship Management Milestones (Project Management) Troubleshooting (Problem Solving) Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN), 3+ years of experience in: Systems Administration, Network Administration, Tier 3 Help Desk, Technical Implementation or Deployment Support

• Strong understanding of: Windows Server environments, Active Directory administration, Remote workstation support, Hardware deployment and lifecycle management, IT infrastructure within multi-site environments

• Working knowledge of networking concepts, including: Switching, VLANs, Network troubleshooting, Basic switch configuration and validation

• Ability to identify server and infrastructure requirements based on business and operational needs.

• Familiarity with telecommunications (Telco) environments and related infrastructure.

• Experience coordinating and managing third-party vendors.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to interpret technical documentation and follow established operational procedures and implementation runbooks., The ideal candidate will have a background in Tier 3 Help Desk, Systems Administration, or Network Administration, with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to oversee technical implementations while managing vendor relationships and post-deployment support., Windows, System administrator, server, active directory
