Job description

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Engineer to build modern workflow, case management, automation and AI-powered user experiences for enterprise-scale automation platforms., Web & User Experience Development

  • Design and develop enterprise-grade workflow and automation applications.
  • Build task management interfaces, case management applications, workflow portals and administration consoles.
  • Create reusable UI frameworks, components and design systems.
  • Develop dashboards, reporting interfaces, monitoring capabilities and workflow analytics experiences.

Workflow & Automation Experiences

  • Build intuitive experiences for workflow execution, approvals, escalations, notifications and exception handling.
  • Develop self-service onboarding and operational management capabilities.
  • Integrate user interfaces with workflow engines, APIs, analytics solutions and AI services.
  • Support multi-tenant and role-based access capabilities.

Engineering Excellence

  • Follow modern frontend engineering practices.
  • Collaborate with architects, UX designers, backend engineers and product teams.
  • Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, security and performance best practices.
  • Contribute to automated testing and CI/CD pipelines., * BPMN 2.0 concepts.
  • Human Task Management.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong frontend development experience and hands-on exposure to at least one workflow, BPM, low-code or automation platform, with the ability to contribute across a diverse automation ecosystem., * Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of frontend engineering experience.
  • 2+ years of workflow, automation, BPM, low-code or enterprise platform experience.

Frontend Technologies

Experience with at least one modern frontend framework:

  • React.js.
  • Angular.

Additional Skills

  • TypeScript.
  • JavaScript ES6+.
  • HTML5.
  • CSS3 / SCSS.
  • Material UI.
  • Tailwind CSS.
  • Responsive Web Design.

Workflow & Automation Platform Experience

Candidates should possess hands-on experience with at least one platform from either of the two categories listed below.

Open BPM & Orchestration Platforms

  • Camunda 7 / Camunda 8, Flowable, Fluxnova, Temporal.

Low-Code Platforms

  • Pega Infinity, Appian, Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow Workflow Automation or IBM Business Automation Workflow., * Banking.
  • Financial Services.
  • Insurance.
  • Healthcare.
  • Enterprise SaaS Platforms.

What Will Make You Stand Out

  • Experience building workflow-centric user experiences.
  • Ability to work across multiple workflow and automation technologies.
  • Understanding of low-code and intelligent automation ecosystems.
  • Experience delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Benefits & conditions

  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job is:
  • New York City, Boston, and Washington DC Metro Areas, Washington State, and Southern California offices - $80,300 to $149,100
  • Bay Area California offices - $83,700 to $155,300
  • All other offices locations in the US, including Sacramento - $67,000 to $136,800
  • Individual salaries within these ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
  • Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
