Infor CPQ Configuration Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Infor Configuration Analyst to support the configuration, optimization, and ongoing administration of the Infor ERP platform. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to configure system functionality, improve business processes, and ensure the organization is maximizing the value of its Infor investment.

• Configure and maintain Infor ERP modules based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze functional requirements.
• Design and implement system configurations, workflows, security roles, and business rules.
• Support upgrades, patches, testing, and system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and vendors.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation, configuration guides, and process flows.

• Including enterprise configurator, enterprise quoting, APIs and Integrations.
• Development and high-level architecture experience in the platform.
• Must have excellent communication and ability to interact with team and clients
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience supporting and configuring Infor applications.
• Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, distribution, or supply chain environments.
• Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, and data integrations.
• Experience supporting cloud-based ERP environments.
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent customer service mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong organizational skills
