About Gymreapers:

At Gymreapers, we make gear with a purpose and focus on material integrity. You get high-quality lifting gear that’s made to outlast cheap look-a-likes.

We’re reengineering people’s workouts and improving the support needed to lift better, longer, and stronger. Improve performance, relieve pain, and add stability to your workout program with premium lifting belts, knee sleeves, wrist wraps, and more.

With our mantra, “NOTHING IS GIVEN,” we embody a relentless pursuit of excellence, innovation, and community-building.

Our Core Values:

  • Grow or Die
  • Customer Obsession

Own lighting, composition, and shot consistency across all assets.
  • Creative Execution: Collaborate with the Creative Director and Director of Design to bring campaign concepts to life. Translate brand strategy into visually compelling, high-converting imagery. Continuously refine Gymreapers’ visual identity and aesthetic.
  • Studio & On-Location Shoots: Run in-house studio shoots (product and controlled lifestyle) and execute on-location shoots with athletes, influencers, and events. Manage gear, lighting setups, and shooting environments.
  • Post-Production: Edit and retouch photos to brand standards. Maintain consistency across color grading, tones, and textures. Deliver assets quickly without sacrificing quality.
  • Asset Management: Organize and maintain a clean, scalable asset library. Ensure assets are tagged and accessible across teams (Marketing, Amazon, Wholesale).
  • Performance Mindset: Understand what drives click-through rate, conversion, and engagement. Iterate based on performance data, especially for ads and PDP imagery. Bring ideas proactively to improve output and efficiency.
