Architectural Solutions Designer

Responsible for providing quality design work to clients in a timely manner, and within budget, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a client facing design position that will have the opportunity to cross-train in project management and be expected to work toward a successful team experience., * Manage adherence to project schedule, internal budget, customer’s project

• budget, design task completions, and quality of design work.
• Ensure complete and accurate transmittal of project planning data to order entry
• along with project management assist.
• Understand Local building codes, ADA regulations, National Electrical Code, etc.
• Understand architectural product, including order preparation, project
• management, order management, and delivery/installation.
• Manage changes and revisions with costs in mind.
• Strong personal leadership abilities including meeting management, facilitation,
• negotiation, conflict resolution, collaboration and prioritization
• Execute drawings and pricing utilizing DIRTT software ICE
• Experience with Architectural Construction detailing and coordinating MEP
• consultants.
• Other duties as assigned

• BS, BA or BFA degree in interior design, architecture Required
• Proficiency in Revit, CAD, MS Project, and Procore Required
• Additional experience in design-build process and offsite construction methods

• Demonstrate strong communication skills Required

• Proven sales ability with knowledge of business practices Preferred
