Job description

AMP is hiring a Temporary - Data Coordinator reporting to Human Resources., The Temporary Data Coordinator position will provide administrative and data support to the People Team during an HRIS transition. This role will primarily assist with data entry, data organization, and other project-related activities to support a smooth transition to the new system., As our Temporary - People Data Coordinator, you will work to:

  • Assist with data entry and updates related to employee information.
  • Pull, organize, and compile data from existing systems, spreadsheets, and other sources.
  • Support data cleanup and review efforts to help identify missing or inconsistent information.
  • Assist with spreadsheets, reports, and files needed throughout the HRIS transition.
  • Maintain confidentiality when working with employee and People Team information.
  • Provide general administrative and project support to the People Team as needs arise throughout the transition.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned, Artificial Intelligence * Computer Vision * Greentech * Machine Learning * Robotics * Industrial * Automation Manage materials planning, inventory accuracy, shipment scheduling, storage, receiving, and logistics for a recycling facility. Coordinate with customers, plant operations, finance, suppliers, accounts payable, and carriers to support production and on-time deliveries. Monitor demand, maintain run schedules and inventory levels, resolve invoicing and delivery issues, ensure compliance with storage and safety standards, and support continuous process improvement. Requirements

  • Experience comparing data across multiple sources to ensure consistency and completeness.
  • Experience using formulas or other advanced spreadsheet functions to analyze or manipulate data.

Education:

  • HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT

Experience:

  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, data coordination, or a similar role preferred but not required.
  • Experience working with spreadsheets, databases, or other data management tools preferred.
