Job description
I am recruiting for an Analog Technical Team Lead to manage an analog and chip level design team at a semiconductor R&D centre near Leuven. The Analog Technical Team Lead will combine technical direction and people leadership across projects from feasibility to production, ensuring timely delivery and strong silicon outcomes.
Responsibilities

Lead and coach analog engineers to deliver milestones with quality and on schedule

Support the IC lifecycle from specification through silicon bring up
-
Plan resource allocation, mentor team members and support career development
-
Drive design reviews, fault analysis and technical decisions
-
Enhance flows, tools and design practices to increase efficiency
-
Coordinate with international teams and provide concise status updates
-
Assist with recruitment when required
Requirements
-
Significant analog IC design experience with leadership exposure
-
Experience with sensor or ASIC top level integration
-
Deep knowledge of blocks such as ADC, DAC, PLL, references, drivers and amplifiers
-
Recent tapeout and silicon debug experience
-
Good understanding of devices, packaging and reliability
-
Excellent communication and cross-team working skills
-
Willingness to travel
