Job description
- Je ondersteunt de modernisering van ticketingsystemen en de overgang naar Account-Based Ticketing (ABT).
- Je analyseert businessbehoeften en vertaalt requirements naar passende SAP-oplossingen.
- Je werkt binnen een SAP-omgeving met een sterke focus op SAP BRIM en SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI).
- Je voert procesanalyse en modellering uit.
- Je draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van bedrijfsprocessen (BPM).
- Je neemt requirementsanalyse en requirementsbeheer op doorheen de lifecycle van ERP-implementatieprojecten.
Requirements
- Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring als business analist binnen een SAP-omgeving, op senior niveau.
- Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met SAP BRIM-projecten en SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI).
- Je hebt ervaring met procesanalyse en modellering.
- Je hebt ervaring met requirementsanalyse en requirementsbeheer.
- Je kunt requirements vertalen naar SAP-oplossingen.
- Je hebt kennis van de ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van bedrijfsprocessen (BPM).
- Je bent vertrouwd met de lifecycle van ERP-implementatieprojecten.
- Taalvereiste: Nederlandstalig of Engelstalig op Europees CEFR-niveau C2.
