Job description
As an SAP Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of SAP solutions that support critical business operations. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and global colleagues to troubleshoot issues, deliver enhancements, and drive effective solutions that align with business needs.
This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting business-critical processes, working with global stakeholders, and contributing to the ongoing evolution of SAP capabilities across the organization.
What you will do
- Support our SAP applications on the Supply Chain - Logistics area for Rail and Truck businesses
- Work with product owners and product managers on supporting and enhancing the Rail and Truck applications using TSW and TM SAP modules
- Configuration, development, unit testing of Supply Chain Logistics applications to enable end-to-end processes from scheduling through to actualization.
- Validate if the configuration and functionality fit with your business requirement.
- Work with system architects and existing team members for detailing necessary system integration of Rail, Truck or Marine Logistic integration.
- Ensure key deliverables are completed on time and properly aligned with the user’s expectations.
- Ensure adequate communication and coordination processes among other team members and key contacts as necessary.
- Identify critical issues and escalate timely.
- Provide input to product owners on change management and implementation plans.
Requirements
Hands-on experience supporting SAP modules in a dynamic business environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Self-driven and highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working within Agile teams, contributing to continuous improvement and successful project delivery.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Nice to have Qualifications/Experience:
- Exposure to SAP TM and/or TSW, supporting transportation and logistics processes.
- Knowledge of rail and truck logistics and industry best practices.
- Working knowledge of ABAP and SAP development frameworks.
- Familiarity with SAP integration approaches, such as IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and Web Services.
- Experience thriving in global, multicultural environments and building effective relationships across teams.
