Job description
- Product Owner/Product Manager with deep experience in the Payments domain (ISO 20022).
- Work with the business users and capture business requirements accurately.
- Ensure the business requirements, and proposed solutions, achieve the customers’ goals.
- End-to-end understanding of the Payments lifecycle from Front to Mid to Back-office processing
- Deep understanding/experience of payment clearing and settlement mechanisms.
- Mandatory experience in Payment message types such as MT / MX, ISO20022, and proprietary messages
- Experience working across geo-specific Payment types such as FedWire, CHIPS, BACS, Faster payments, SEPA.
- Understanding of Payment concepts such as UPI, Payment Aggregator, Payment Gateway, NACH, Aadhaar-enabled Payments System, etc…
- Basic SQL knowledge to query databases and familiarity with Oracle DB concepts
- End-to-end working knowledge in Transaction Banking / Channels areas
- Deep understanding/experience of payment clearing and settlement mechanisms.
- Experience in executing engagements in Liquidity, FX Processing, and cash management.
- Experienced in all phases of the Project Development Life Cycle: Business Analysis, and GAP analysis. Portfolio Performance Management and Project Finance Management across Analysis, Design, Build, Testing and Delivery
- Facilitate Requirement discussion with business owners and technical developers, gather documents, and manage requirements.
- Proficient in creating Requirement documentation and elicitation from varied geographical teams and banks (BRDs/FRDs)
- Agile experience - EPIC/User story writing vis tools such as JIRA, Confluence
- Participate in client engagement (pursuits, projects, discussions) and own the solution- from a domain/business point of view.
- Excellent stakeholder management, clear communication, and timely reporting
