Principal Software Engineer (Hybrid)

development team reporting to an Engineering Manager, you will serve as a principal engineer. You will contribute to the strategic and technical direction of the Technology Team while being a highly productive developer passionate about clean, high-quality code. Your responsibilities will include designing fault-tolerant microservices, building scalable web and mobile UIs, and fostering an engineering culture that prioritises metrics over opinion. You will mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership as an individual contributor.
