ERP Specialist

• We will provide 2nd line support to IFS users across the business.
• We will investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues.
• We will monitor system performance and help identify root causes of defects.
• We will liaise with IFS and other third-party suppliers where required.
• We will work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• We will assist with the design and documentation of system enhancements and process improvements.
• We will configure and tailor IFS to meet business needs.
• We will test system changes and enhancements.
• We will support and coordinate business change and improvement projects.
• We will work collaboratively with the wider IT team, external partners, and business users.

• We are looking for someone with at least 2 years experience in an ERP support, systems support, or technical role, or experience gained through an ERP implementation project.
• We would ideally like someone with exposure to ERP systems, particularly IFS Cloud.
• We are looking for strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• We need excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A customer-focused approach is important to us.
• You should be able to work effectively within a fast-paced commercial environment.
• An understanding of core business processes such as Finance, Procurement, Sales, Distribution, and CRM would be beneficial.
• Experience with ERP configuration and administration, custom objects, fields, pages and events, user interface configuration, security administration and permission sets, IFS Quick Reports, Crystal Reports or IFS Report Designer, and PL/SQL would be highly advantageous.
• A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline would be beneficial, although equivalent commercial experience will also be considered.
• A full UK driving licence is required.

We are an award-winning, successful, and growing business supporting our teams from Nottingham. This is a full-time ERP Specialist opportunity with a salary of £35,000 to £45,000 depending on experience, hybrid working with 1-2 days working from home, and benefits including an enhanced pension scheme, private medical cover, life assurance, 33 days holiday including bank holidays, company pension, life insurance, and on-site parking.
