IT ANALYST

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Analyst to join our team. The IT Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems and providing technical support to our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement., Analyze and understand the company’s business processes and requirements to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions

• Design, develop, and implement information systems to support business operations
• Provide technical support to employees and troubleshoot any issues related to hardware, software, and network
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of new systems
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend and implement new tools and systems that can improve efficiency and productivity
• Conduct training sessions for employees on new systems and processes
• Ensure the security and integrity of all systems and data by implementing and maintaining appropriate security measures
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues to ensure maximum uptime and minimal disruption to operations

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong knowledge of information systems, network infrastructure, and security protocols
• Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing IT projects
• Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+, are a plus
