IT ANALYST

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Analyst to join our dynamic team. As an IT Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing technology solutions to enhance our business operations. You will work closely with various departments to understand their technology needs and provide recommendations for improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment., Analyze and evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement

• Design and implement technology solutions to enhance business operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop project plans
• Conduct research on new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications and user guides
• Train and support end-users on new systems and technologies
• Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal functionality
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our technology infrastructure

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of software development, database management, and system integration
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
