Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 7+ years of experience. Candidate should have minimum 7 years of professional experience in UX design for digital products. Looking for proven track record of leading UX projects for large-scale web and mobile applications. Candidate should have strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user research, interaction design, and prototyping. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop). Should have deep understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles. Must have excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams. Knowledge of data-driven design and analytics is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
