ERP UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements and translate them into engaging UI/UX designs.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Zeplin, and InVision to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Design intuitive user flows, information architecture, and layout structures that enhance usability and accessibility across multiple platforms including web and mobile devices.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, A/B testing, and analyze user feedback to refine interface designs continually.
• Implement responsive web design principles ensuring seamless experiences on desktops, tablets, and smartphones using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and other front-end technologies.
• Create compelling data visualization components for dashboards using JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, React Express, and data analysis tools such as Google Analytics 360 or Adobe Analytics.
• Maintain consistency in visual design by applying established design patterns and adhering to web accessibility standards aligned with UX best practices.
• Support product development cycles within Agile methodologies by participating in sprint planning, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate on integrating APIs and RESTful services to enhance functionality while ensuring a smooth user experience.

• Proven experience designing UI/UX for ERP systems or enterprise software solutions with a strong portfolio demonstrating your work on complex business applications.
• Extensive knowledge of front-end development technologies including JavaScript (React, Angular), HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS), and responsive web design techniques.
• Proficiency with digital design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Axure, Balsamiq, Adobe Dreamweaver, Zeplin, and Visio.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and frameworks like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), requirements gathering processes, wireframing methodologies, and interaction design principles.
• Experience conducting user research activities including usability testing sessions and analyzing analytics data to inform design decisions.
• Knowledge of Agile workflows including Jira or similar project management tools to facilitate collaboration within cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze business requirements thoroughly and translate them into effective UX solutions that meet organizational goals while enhancing user satisfaction.
