Job description

We are seeking a Manager, FAST Programming to join our Programming team. The Manager, FAST Programming will play a key role in overseeing title-level programming across Radial’s owned-and-operated FAST channels, helping shape the direction of our linear AVOD content strategy. This role will report directly to the Director of FAST Programming and will leverage viewership analytics to inform data-driven programming decisions that grow audience engagement and channel performance. The ideal candidate combines a strong understanding of the FAST landscape with sharp analytical instincts and thrives in a dynamic, rapidly evolving streaming environment., * Oversee the creation of monthly programming schedules for Radial syndicated FAST channels

  • Make title-level programming decisions (to be approved by Director)
  • Utilize internal rights management software to ensure compliance
  • Coordinate the delivery of newly acquired content for use in FAST programming
  • Collect channel data and analyze findings for programming insights
  • Maintain internal documents pertaining to channel deliveries, takedowns, programming, performance, etc.
  • Prepare reports on channel performance for department review
  • Liaise with partners/vendors to resolve programming and playout issues

Requirements

Do you have experience in Vendor communication?, * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload efficiently, and meet strict deadlines for tasks/assignments.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to assure successful interaction with all levels of employees and external contacts.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and follow-through skills.
  • Careful attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills.
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Experience with digital linear scheduling software required.
  • Experience with rights management and data analytics software a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of Film/TV content a plus.
  • 4+ years of prior entertainment industry experience.
