Job description

Analyze business performance and develop meaningful KPIs and reports.
Build, maintain dashboards and analytical tools with Tableau, Excel, and Google Sheets.
Develop forecasts and analysis for sales, operations, invoicing, and cash flow.
Work with data from Salesforce, Rootstock ERP, and other business systems.
Identify data-quality issues and help improve our reporting processes.
Automate repetitive reporting and analytical processes.
Conduct research and combine internal and external data to support business decisions.
Work with department leaders to answer business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
Help evaluate and implement practical uses of AI and automation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Skills and Abilities:

Excel/Google Sheets
SQL
Tableau, Salesforce
ERP Systems
Experience with statistical analysis, forecasting, or automation is a plus.
