Workday Integrations, Reporting & Technical Lead | Location: Remote | Contract | Hourly Pay Range: $65-$80 Our client is seeking a seasoned Workday expert to lead integrations, reporting, and technical initiatives supporting Workday Finance, HCM, and Payroll modules. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions, optimize data governance, and deliver actionable insights through advanced reporting and analytics., * Architect, design, develop, and implement Workday integrations utilizing data connections to support Finance, HCM, and Payroll processes.

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.
• Lead technical sessions with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify process gaps, and develop end-to-end integration solutions.
• Manage system integrations within the Workday architecture, supporting inbound and outbound data flows, troubleshooting issues, and implementing modifications.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics, including complex calculated fields, report groups, and real-time metrics.
• Partner with business units to define reporting requirements, deliver training, and promote self-service reporting capabilities.
• Support Workday security administration, including configuring role-based access, auditing security policies, and maintaining data privacy standards.
• Collaborate on system upgrades, perform testing, and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Workday functionality.

• 5+ years of advanced experience with Workday applications, including extensive reporting and integrations.
• Proven expertise with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, BIRT, Calculated Fields, and APIs (SOAP, REST, XML).
• Deep knowledge of Workday security configuration, including role-based security and data privacy.
• Strong background in Finance data analysis and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience supporting large-scale Workday implementations, preferably within a government or regulated environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams., * Workday certifications and experience with Workday Extend and Orchestrate.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake, AWS Glue, and DBT.
