Job description

As a CRM Analytics Analyst, you will serve as the primary reporting and dashboard resource for marketing and business stakeholders, delivering actionable insights that support campaign performance, customer engagement, and business decision-making. This role combines marketing analytics, reporting, platform enablement, and data-driven optimization while helping drive adoption of analytics and AI solutions across the organization., Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and recurring reports for marketing and business stakeholders. Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and explain campaign, channel, and performance metrics. Ensure reporting accuracy by validating data and proactively identifying quality issues. Serve as a subject matter resource for marketing attribution platforms, supporting user adoption and best practices. Create documentation, training materials, and enablement sessions for analytics platforms and tools. Support AI and automation initiatives that improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual effort. Perform campaign measurement, data validation, and performance analysis across marketing channels. Assist with testing initiatives, including A/B testing, holdout groups, and lift measurement reporting. Collaborate with marketing, brand, analytics, and data teams to support optimization efforts. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, reporting, or a related discipline. Proven experience building and maintaining dashboards and recurring business reports. Experience working with marketing and web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or email marketing platforms. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, campaign measurement, and performance metrics. Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar data visualization and reporting platforms. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL with the ability to perform data analysis and validation. Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and marketing attribution methodologies is preferred. Exposure to A/B testing, incrementality testing, holdout design, or campaign effectiveness measurement is preferred. Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. The hourly range for roles of this nature are $45.00 to $55.00/hr.
