Data & Orchestration SpecialistPermanent, full-timeHybrid workingWe are an innovative global healthcare company with one purpose: to chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives.We’re also a company where you can flourish and grow your career, with countless opportunities to explore, make connections with people, and stretch the limits of what you thought was possible.We deliver 4.3 billion healthcare solutions to people every year, thanks to the flawless planning and meticulous eye for detail of our Manufacturing & Supply teams.As a Data & Orchestration Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in our Global Logistics Control Tower.You will work closely with our Digital teams and the COE Analytics team to define requirements, structure the Control Tower tools, and ensure alignment with business needs.You will lead the orchestration activities, including managing personas’ interactions with the Control Tower, monitoring and escalating alerts, and supporting decision?making during operations or crisis situations.Your contribution will help turn data into action and ensure timely impactful responses across our operational, tactical and strategic layers.Performance Management & Continuous ImprovementGuide and prioritize effort for Digital and Analytics to support the design and evolution of KPI dashboards and performance monitoring toolsEnsure data accuracy and integrity in Control Tower systemsSupport root cause analyses of performance deviations and coordinate resolution with business ownersContribute to continuous improvement initiatives by transforming data into actionable insightsSupport Logistics teams to prepare performance reviews based on data?driven insights (internally and with 3rd parties: 3PLs, LLPs)Collaborate with Digital and Analytics to support the design and evolution of KPI dashboards and performance monitoring toolsEnsure data accuracy and integrity in Control Tower systemsSupport root cause analyses of performance deviations and coordinate resolution with business ownersContribute to continuous improvement initiatives by transforming data into actionable insightsSupport Logistics teams to prepare performance reviews based on data?driven insights (internally and with 3rd parties: 3PLs, LLPs)Orchestrate between personas and the Control Tower platformFacilitate persona engagement: organize regular syncs, follow?up on alert resolution, ensure ownership and accountabilityCoordinate control tower run governance: animate control tower pulse meetingsCollaborate with COE and Digital to align personas’ needs with the technical roadmapDrive cross?functional (global/local) governance meetings to capture evolving requirementsMentor junior team membersSupport implementation of early warning systems in collaboration with analytics and digitalBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or related fieldMaster’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus7+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, with at least 3 years in a senior role~ Proven track record in implementing data?driven solutions in a global supply chain environmentProven experience designing and using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and data analysis techniquesSolid understanding of global supply chain and logistics operationsHands?on experience in managing KPIs, SLAs, and performance monitoring frameworksAbility to translate complex business requirements into actionable data solutionsExperience presenting to senior leadershipAbility to work in a global, cross?functional team and adapt in a fast?paced, evolving environmentPrior experience in a Logistics Control Tower or Supply Chain continuous improvement roleFamiliarity with data warehousing solutions, preferably Snowflake and cloud?based data solutions and integration with logistics platformsTMS, WMS, ERP)Knowledge of agile methodologies and change management principlesKnowledge of sustainability in supply chain performanceStrong English skills (verbal and written), ability to exchange fluently in a global environmentLI-EUR #LI-hybridWatch our ALL IN video and check out our Diversity Equity and Inclusion actions at sanofi.Watch our ALL IN video and check out our Diversity Equity and Inclusion actions at sanofi.
