Job title: Data & Orchestration SpecialistLocation: Barcelona, SpainJob type: Permanent, full-timeHybrid workingAbout the jobWe are an innovative global healthcare company with one purpose: to chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives.We’re also a company where you can flourish and grow your career, with countless opportunities to explore, make connections with people, and stretch the limits of what you thought was possible.We deliver 4.3 billion healthcare solutions to people every year, thanks to the flawless planning and meticulous eye for detail of our Manufacturing & Supply teams.With your talent and ambition, we can do even more to protect people from infectious diseases and bring hope to patients and their families.As a Data & Orchestration Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in our Global Logistics Control Tower.You will work closely with our Digital teams and the COE Analytics team to define requirements, structure the Control Tower tools, and ensure alignment with business needs.You will lead the orchestration activities, including managing personas’ interactions with the Control Tower, monitoring and escalating alerts, and supporting decision?making during operations or crisis situations.Your contribution will help turn data into action and ensure timely impactful responses across our operational, tactical and strategic layers.Main responsibilities:Performance Management & Continuous ImprovementGuide and prioritize effort for Digital and Analytics to support the design and evolution of KPI dashboards and performance monitoring toolsEnsure data accuracy and integrity in Control Tower systemsSupport root cause analyses of performance deviations and coordinate resolution with business ownersContribute to continuous improvement initiatives by transforming data into actionable insightsSupport Logistics teams to prepare performance reviews based on data?driven insights (internally and with 3rd parties: 3PLs, LLPs)Monitor usage and relevance of dashboards and alerts, proposing evolutions to maintain user?centric valueCollaborate with Digital and Analytics to support the design and evolution of KPI dashboards and performance monitoring toolsEnsure data accuracy and integrity in Control Tower systemsSupport root cause analyses of performance deviations and coordinate resolution with business ownersContribute to continuous improvement initiatives by transforming data into actionable insightsSupport Logistics teams to prepare performance reviews based on data?driven insights (internally and with 3rd parties: 3PLs, LLPs)Orchestration and Alert ManagementOrchestrate between personas and the Control Tower platformManage the alert lifecycle: ensure timely triage, escalation, coordination of resolution actions and feedback loopsFacilitate persona engagement: organize regular syncs, follow?up on alert resolution, ensure ownership and accountabilityCoordinate control tower run governance: animate control tower pulse meetingsCollaborate with COE and Digital to align personas’ needs with the technical roadmapStakeholder Management & CommunicationDrive cross?functional (global/local) governance meetings to capture evolving requirementsTranslate analytical outputs into business insights for non?technical audiencesMentor junior team membersCo?create communication materials and dashboards with analytics teamsAnimate user communities and drive adoption through enablement (e.g. playbooks, user guides, onboarding kits)Crisis Management & Risk MitigationCoordinate alert?based crisis response, ensuring the right personas are informed and actions are trackedSupport implementation of early warning systems in collaboration with analytics and digitalEnsure the escalation path is respected and documented in major disruption scenariosKeep up with trends in logistics analytics and orchestration practicesActively contribute to Control Tower tool evolution: propose improvements based on user feedbackSupport pilot initiatives related to new orchestration or alerting approachesChampion simplification and user?centric enhancementsInnovation, Tools & Best PracticesKeep up with trends in logistics analytics and orchestration practicesActively contribute to Control Tower tool evolution: propose improvements based on user feedbackSupport pilot initiatives related to new orchestration or alerting approachesChampion simplification and user?centric enhancementsAbout youEducationBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or related fieldMaster’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., APICS, CSCP) is highly preferredFluency in English;
