Job description

  • Provide L2/L3 application support for .NET based enterprise applications in production and non production environments
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues related to .NET code, SQL Server databases, and integrations
  • Monitor application health, performance, and availability; proactively identify and resolve issues
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurring incidents
  • Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Maintain application documentation, support runbooks, and knowledge base articles
  • Participate in on call rotation and provide support during off hours when required
  • Assist with minor enhancements, bug fixes, and code changes as part of support activities
  • Ensure applications follow security, compliance, and best practice standards

Requirements

Application Support Developer to support, maintain, and enhance business critical applications built on the Microsoft .NET technology stack. The ideal candidate will have strong hands on experience with .NET applications, SQL Server, and production support activities, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and incident resolution., * 3+ years of Microsoft .NET Framework / .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Web API

  • 3+ years of Microsoft SQL Server (T SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning)
  • Application production support (L2/L3), troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
  • IIS configuration and Windows Server support
  • Debugging, logging, and application monitoring tools
  • REST APIs and system integrations
  • Source control (Git, Azure DevOps)
  • Deployment support, release management, and CI/CD pipelines
  • SQL query optimization and database management
  • ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes
