Technology Architect

We are looking for experienced Insurance Architects at Consultant and Associate Manager level to join a high-impact UK Insurance Architecture team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the UK’s leading insurers, life offices, wealth managers and platform providers, helping shape major technology decisions and deliver transformational change across the insurance industry.

You will work on complex, high-profile transformation programmes covering areas such as cloud transformation, digital underwriting, claims transformation, modern data platforms and large-scale technology re-platforming. What You’ll Do

As an Insurance Architect, you will help clients define and deliver technology strategies and architectural solutions across areas including:

• AI, Generative AI and automation
• Cloud and infrastructure
• Data architecture and modern data platforms
• Cyber security
• Enterprise and solution architecture
• Applications and systems architecture
• Integration and APIs
• Technology transformation and modernisation

You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders, translating business requirements into practical technology strategies and architectural solutions., Experience with platforms such as Guidewire, FNZ, SS&C, Pershing, Sapiens, Duck Creek, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics would be highly desirable. Location & Mobility

The role is available from Bath, Bristol or London, with hybrid working arrangements.

• 5+ years of experience in technology
• Experience in architecture, data, applications, cloud, integration, security or related technology disciplines
• Strong ability to bridge business requirements and technology solutions
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing technology decisions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A genuine interest in AI and Generative AI and their impact on insurance and financial services
• Experience within insurance, financial services or another regulated industry is highly desirable
• A desire to develop deep architectural expertise and contribute to the future of insurance technology
